My trailer back axle brakes locked up bearing went out not far from Birch Automotive so went in there and John said yes they’ll fix the trailer . I have my trailer back next day completely fixed and John and his staff were excellent did John great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

Price gouges. Went in for a muffler delete which is a simple job 1hr at the most. Was charged $800 for it. Which included the 2hr extra hours they added to the price like I said the job only took about an hour..MAYBE 1hr and 30 minutes at most not 3hrs. Unfortunately it’s hard for me to straight up say no. And I ended up paying this ridiculous price. During the service I called a different muffler shop and asked about their prices and they gave me an estimate of $250 but at that point these scammers had already started on my car.

Took my truck there after other shops were unable to diagnose and correct the problem Jon and his group worked tirelessly to find the issues. I’ll never go anywhere else, Fantastic customer service and their mechanic Billy is very knowledgeable and thorough. Jon is a blessing , thank you Lord for Birch’s Automotive a true gem to the community.

I got new complete exhaust system. Borla mufflers,complete dual piping & exhaust chrome tips.Plus new shocks ft .and rear. Friendly and knowledgeable personnel. Madison and John. Drove several times since June 25 to insure all works as it should. Great job. A happy customer. MDavis

John and the mechanics or among the few that can still think outside of the box when it comes to difficult diagnostics, drivability, and performance issues. Cheap? No. Worth it? Yes!

I’ve been taking my car to Birches for the last couple of years and I’ve been very pleased, the staff is friendly they’ll give you updates on your vehicle by text and calling. They even came by when I couldn’t get my emergency brake down and Billy one of the mechanics came by to fix it for me, no charge, they’ve been very good to me throughout the years! Also the manager is very kind and honest he’ll tell you the truth. I like honest people. If you want someone to really fix your vehicle someone you can trust go to Birches Auto!
